mmmm…hamburger pie! i might have to make that soon. that’s probably one of jeff’s favorite dishes even though at first he was thoroughly disgusted with the idea (he doesn’t like any of his foods touching). and yes, i was thinking about making boston creme pie. i’m totally on a baking kick right now and keep thinking how neat it would be to run my own bakery. i was looking at this recipe while I was trying to work out a menu for what i’ll be making jeff for dinner the week i’ll be in roanoke next month :)
