An interesting article about a Brown University student transferring to Liberty University (my alma mater) with the intention of writing a book about his experience at Liberty. If you know anything about Brown and Liberty, Brown is an extremely liberal college while Liberty is super conservative. The book titled The Unlikely Disciple: A Sinner’s Semester at America’s Holiest University has been published and is available in stores. I find myself drawn to it because I too transfered to Liberty after attending a liberal college for two years and I can relate to the transition of living the life of a typical college student to living the life of a typical Liberty student. Trust me, they are not the same. The transition was really very strange, almost humorous to me, and I had no idea what I was in for. In the end I’m really glad that I made the decision to transfer though.

Check out the short video clip that gives you the idea behind the book here. And read the article about the author from the Associated Press here.
