We had a very lovely Thanksgiving and hope you did too. A few of us took part in the 5K Drumstick Dash through downtown Roanoke—this was my first time and I had so much fun! Unfortunately my husband who went to bed with a sore throat, woke up with a sore throat, and we decided it was probably best if he didn’t take part. There was a huge turnout (I kept hearing the phrase “over 7,500″), and so many cute dogs. I want a dog. Anyway, Jeff’s Aunt prepared a delicious meal of both turkey and ham and I ate so much food that I wish I hadn’t changed out of my stretchy pants from this morning. Jeff and I made Prosciutto Asparagus Spirals as an appetizer and substituted the Prosciutto with Bacon and it was pretty freaking delicious. Highly recommended for your next dinner party.
And now to the subject at hand. I love group photos. And these are ours from today courtesy of Jeff taking over my camera equipment. That happens a lot.
